Guidance For Use: We encourage you to mindfully move into stillness, inhale, exhale, noting each breath. Take a moment to respect the cultural and appropriate usage of this sacred wood, giving thanks and gratitude for its endless healing qualities - and to Mother Nature for providing everything we need and more. Setting an intention light the end of the Palo Santo stick, keeping the flame burning for up to 20-30 seconds. Blow out the flame and blow gently to keep the embers smoking and place onto a suitable holder or ash bed. The intoxicating fragrant smoke will leave a lasting scent for several hours.
