SHIPPING

We ship via Royal Mail & Evri in the UK via standard delivery; 3-4 working days. Breathe & Be Incense endeavour to process your order promptly within two working day of your order being placed (this can change during holiday/festive periods but we will make you aware via our website and Instagram) and in line with our opening hours Monday - Friday 9-5pm. In the unlikely event that any of the products are not in stock, shipping may be delayed. We will keep you informed via e-mail of the progress of your order. Breathe & Be Incense offer both domestic, UK and Worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, however if your your a subscriber from time to time we offer complimentary UK standard shipping using Code: sent via e-mail

For next day delivery service please place your order by midday any orders received after midday will be posted the following day. Additional costs may apply for Saturday shipping service. Once we’ve processed your order an e-mail will be sent which will have the relevant tracking codes for your to follow the progress of your order.

It is your responsibility for provide us with a full and accurate delivery address.

We shall have no liability for damage or loss of packages when shipped, this is a matter to be taken up with Royal Mail or Evri. Tracking and Proof of Purchase will be available for you to make a claim with the particular shipping service used.

We shall have no liability for any damage or loss when you’ve left ‘Special Instructions’ for your package to be left in a ‘Safe Place’. This is a matter to be taken up with Royal Mail or Evri. RETURNS

At Breathe & Be Incense we are certain that you will be very happy with your purchase. If for any reason that you are not, we can offer an exchange for a product of the same purchase price (items must be returned within 7 days of receipt) or a refund. 
If you wish to return any items purchased on our website, in the first instance fill in the contact form and write a short message regarding your reasons for wanting to return our product – this will allow us to respond to you in person, by e-mail and assess whether you require a replacement, an exchange or a refund. If a product does need returning, please send it in its original packaging, marked returns to our postal address.

We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction

Please Note – Items must be in original condition unused and in original packaging including all labels still attached. All returns must be sent to our postal address, using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery service, this will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange. However if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.

IMPORT DUTY
Goods dispatched to other countries may be liable to Import Duty, Tax or VAT. When ordering from us you agree to pay any such Duties which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.

Breathe & Be Incense cannot be held responsible for losses due to the postal system.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
